holly, you can do this topic. you don't need fancy techniques to capture motion. There are links to posts about composition too. Plus, I am sure you could play with blur and stuff. Or something else.

Since all of my self portraits were duds and I am happy to start on a new topic! Can't wait to try 'panning'. Looks like so much fun.
Until I get an SLR I'll have to sit out subjects that require aperture changes

Ok, in the links it talked a lot about adjusting apeture to capture motion properly. Didn't want to get it wrong.
