In browsing through my pictures this avocado shot was the only thing I found to give an example of texture. I have never really tried to capture texture in my photos, and I have never specifically looked for subjects with cool texture before, so I thought this could be a fun topic. This is a cool topic! Your avocado photo is perfect - the light you have used really does enhance the shadows & texture (just like the article explains :)
