I like how you get up close for these. It's a funny thing to photograph and I think showing the detail this way works great. I really like the second photo, It doesn't feel like you are trying to "fit it all in" (speaking generally here, not about your photos) and normally that's how I see it. It's nice to look at the detail. I think the composition of the second is particularly good as well. I also agree that it looks great against that blue blue sky.

Great building to photograph. I love it against the blue sky.
Very cool – I love the angle & perspective of the first one.
The composition works well in the 2nd one too…it reminds me of big drums :) I like the space you have given it on the right side with the blue sky.
It's great since you don't often see telstra tower like this - it really shows how huge it is.
