Johanna: Motion
I never got around to doing motion because I had a lot on but I remember seeing a picture of a person standing in front of a moving bus and I tried to take something similar here. Without the fabulous colours or sharply focused person or nice lighting, but an attempt nonetheless. These were done without a tripod and in a hurry. So go easy :)
I like how the moving object (the train) becomes kind of see-through, you can still see the blue strips that tell you name of the station etc...

I quite like the first photo Jo, it almost looks like a shot out of a movie. The guys are standing just right too! If I stare at it long enough, it looks like they are standing on the edge of a vortex waiting to time travel or something :) Very cool!

I really like the first one! I like being able to see the platform (and having it straight on) The 2 guys are positioned really well - there is a feeling of anticipation to the photo. Fantastic!

These are great and a great idea for motion. Can you see the foot in the second one? It is so cool!! Like the colours too.
I never noticed that foot! It's very cool. I like how when people are moving they look ghost like. I like the position of the two guys in the first one as well, I think that one is probably the better photo, I just wish the guys were a bit more in focus. It's a bit funny taking photos of strangers when you haven't asked position. Hopefully these people didn't notice.
