Our eyes are initially drawn to the brightest part of a photo, so I first looked at the top half of the photo. Once I looked around, I liked the man sitting on the bench, but if you had zoomed in more (or cropped the photo) he would be more the main focus of the photo. (If it was cropped, it might help brightening it up too, since the shadows are a bit dark.)

This picture has a great Aussie feel to it. You captured a typical Australian street scene so well. Makes me a bit homesick :-(

Thanks Emm,
I know it sounds lame, but I did crop the photo and saved it to the desktop, but when I downloaded it to the blog it reverted to my original photo! I am not computer savvy enough to know what went wrong. I give up with this computer sometimes!! Dont know if it is worth downloading the cropped one. I dont think it is that good a photo anyway. It was 42 degrees and no-one was out doors. (on my way home from Finley last week)
