Self commentary on the photos: Yeah, I know - there are major flaws in all of these ... I took a bunch of shots up in Sydney for the topic, and then realised when I got back that they were all out of focus and with lots of dust marks on the sensor :( The Sydney Eye shot was an attempt to resurrect one of these Sydney photos, as most were unreoverable.
I really liked the middle photo, but realise that it's very grainy, and in the final photo I captured the bird a bit too close to the edge of the frame, and again, looking a bit too grainy ... :(
I really love "can we start yet?" the lines in the curtains are great & I love how they take up most of the frame. A great feeling of anticipation in it. The grain doesn't bother me at all. I like the composition of all of these shots :)
Well, I really like the cockatoo. I looks fine to me. I love the colour in the sky and the position of the bird looks great. I also like can we start yet. I too love the lines of the curtains and the 'darkness' of the shot. I love the colours against the blue sky in the Sydney Eye.
