Beautiful Johanna! I love them both, especially the one with raindrops in the pond! I like the lighting in the photo and the effect of the ripples of the water. The first one is great too, really cool texture!
I just love both these photos. I would love to have the second one blown up on the wall. I love the light and the reflection as well as the effect of the rain drops. Beautiful.
You got the 50mm lens?? Nice bokeh :) It takes a bit of practice getting the focus spot on when you shoot wide open. But it looks like it was windy too - was it? I love the patterns & texture in the background.
i'm impressed you guys picked it was windy. It was VERY windy. No 50mm but I kept it as open as my lens would allow and the wind obviously helped. It is a little out of focus though, I only picked up on that when I clicked on it big. I will blame the wind :) But I used auto, maybe I should try manual (I don't usually). Thanks for all the nice feedback everyone!

Your pictures always have such a definitive style to them Johanna. I love both equally.
PS the make up brush picture was completely unedited it's how my blush brush looks.

They look like professional pictures. Terrific!
I'm very fond of grass plants and water as well :) Rippled water surface is a great photograpy subject matter!
Love the vertical reflections, and the contrast of the 2nd photo. It is a really lovely photo to look at.
The first is great as well - don't know if it is just the bokeh, or if it was a bit windy as well - but I love the fuzzyness.

I love ripples in water too - beautiful capture.
