Hey everyone!
I feel like I have been out of it for SO long! Been very busy with one thing and another, and finally have built Christophe a website for his new (which just means more focussed hehe) business. Check it out at http://www.signaturesurfacing.com.au/ :) All thanks to photoshop and a great plug-in!!!!!
Anyhow, I was waiting around for a few minutes this evening, so I pulled out my phone camera, and started happy snapping :) Managed to find some interesting shots! Who would have thought!! ;)

The web site looks great!! Good job :)
These photos are pretty good for a phone camera! With the pink flower, I love how the petals take up the whole frame. The one under that would make a cool texture over photos in photoshop (just lower the opacity.)
I really like the last photo - the texture is so smooth & shiny. (the pattern reminds me of fish scales:)
I'm amazed you took these with a photo camera! They are very good!
Mel, i just checked out your webpage and WOW! I am very impressed! It looks so professional, you should start a business where you make web pages for people!
Yeah, I've had a few people tell me I should start up my own design business! I will probably build a few more sites for some friends who have asked if I could do one for them, and see where it goes, but I don't want to get too much into "business" at the moment (we have two already!!!) As much as I love being able to be artistic and create things like that, it takes a bit of time, and the kiddies and Christophe definately don't like that! Haha!
And yeah, the photos are surprisingly good for a phone camera! I have a Nokia N95 now, because one of our dance students got an iphone and gave me the "old" one in exchange for some lessons! How's that!!
bargin :)
I like the green one. I like all the different shades of green and the lines. Are they beans in water or something or did you use some photoshop?
The gold coloured ones in both your posts are nice textures as well.
I really like the pink flower too. I also love the madarine, cant decide which one I like most. I am also amazed that you took them on a phone camera!!! Very nice.
Love the softness and composition of the flower.
Love the brown textured one too.
Good phone photos!
The green one looks like peas doesn't it!? It is actually a plant, I'm not sure what it is called, but it's at my mother-in-laws, and the leaves grow on both sides of a central stem, and overlap each other like that! It is really cool looking!!
Oh, I forgot to say that for the green one, I did photoshop it, I had to play around with it a bit because it actually turned out a bit blurry - it was one of the first photos I took with the phone and I didn't have it on a close up setting. So the colour is brighter, and I tried to sharpen it a bit.
I love green as a rule and so MUST love the green picture. The gentle curve is lovely.
